When you message us on WhatsApp
Once you message us, we can see your WhatsApp name, your phone number and what you wrote. We use that only to answer your enquiry and to help you with your purchase. The conversation itself sits inside WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, which we do not control. If you call one of our store numbers instead, your number appears on that phone in the normal way.

Like most websites, ours is put together with the help of a few technical services. Our hosting provider keeps short-term server records, such as the page requested and the time, which is normal for any website and is used to keep the site working and secure. Our product information is stored with our database provider, and our photographs are delivered through an image service.
